Portwise at TOC Asia: exploring the real value of AI in port operations

We are proud to share that Mahim Khanna, Regional Director at Portwise, will be speaking at TOC Asia 2025 in Singapore. During a high-level panel discussion on artificial intelligence in the maritime and port sector, Mahim will join other industry leaders to explore what AI can really deliver for terminal operations, beyond the buzz.

As the logistics chain becomes increasingly complex, the promise of AI to improve efficiency, reduce risk and enable proactive decision-making is clear. But the road to effective implementation is layered with technical, operational and organisational challenges.

At Portwise, we believe that AI should serve clearly defined goals and measurable outcomes. It should support – not replace – human expertise and be built on a solid foundation of data, systems and operational logic.

During the session, Mahim will share our perspective on the strategic and practical considerations for terminals looking to invest in AI, including insights from real-world projects and our work with simulation and automation.

We look forward to contributing to this important conversation and continuing our mission to make logistics smarter, more efficient and futureproof.
